Where's my grape tomatoes?

The joys of govm't:

Yes, we are also protected from acquiring undersized tomatoes. And here we have a second reason why grape tomatoes are illegal. They're too small ( freedom from size limits is only for cherry tomatoes or those in trusses ) and they are not sold in trusses.......

So there we have it, in the 4 years since the EU last passed a regulation about tomatoes, a completely new type has arisen which virtually wipes out the type they last amended the regulation for. Wouldn't it be simpler simply not to have the regulation ?

Makes sense to me.

You know, if I could post a picture here you wouldn't believe your eyes! I live in Houston Texas and bought 2 tiny grape tomatoe plants which I planted in March. I remember going by them and saying "grow, grow"..Well, now they are tangled into each other and have spread 10 feet in length, 6 feet in width, are full of blooms and I have given away some, frozen some, and still have 50 or so on my countertop! BUT, mine are about 1 1/4 inch long! And they are not Roma tomatoes!! Unbelievable! Since it is unbelievably hot here and tomatoe plants usually die in the heat, I am wondering if these plants will produce forever and ever! As I said, they are FULL of blooms and block our walkway to the front door!

I live in Australia, and I buy grape tomatoes from my supermarket, I love them. I have planted 5 seeds that I go out of 1 of my tomatoes. I have 3 planted come up. I hope they grow well and produce fruit because that are a great tomato. I just eat the out of the fridge.
