I wonder if Jay Bybee would have been confirmed if the Senate had known that he authored this.

Reading that sort of gets me all choked up. I can't remember the last time I've read a paper w/ such a revisionist interpretation of the constitution in a long time. So now, ending the seperation of church and state is not enough; now we argue that we are a contstitutional monarchy, and the constitution is just sort of a wish list of ideas.
I think I have to puke...What bile.
