Cats, Dogs, Spiders and ? every Friday.
I'll post links to sites that have Friday (or shortly thereafter) photos of their chosen animals as I see them (no photoshops and no humans).
Leave a comment or trackback to this post and I'll add your site to the list. If there is interest I'll keep this as a weekly feature.

Posted by Catherine at October 8, 2004 4:09 AMUrochordates! (they're classed as invertebrates).
And did you know that 10000 Birds has birds just about every day of the week?

Schatzi the Brave says thanks for the link. She loves the limelight.
AW! I like it! I can't do trackbacks (blogger apparently doesn't do them) but here is my kitty in a mini-essay I did a while back, which is a blog entry, too. http://www.womenwriters.net/blogs/titubapap.html
Posted by Kim Wells at October 8, 2004 3:22 PMThanks for the trackback modulator, and what a great idea! Damn, as I'm writing this I just saw another friggin' Mus musculus come out from under my stove. Maybe I'll have to start blogging them. That would complement the cats quite nicely.
Posted by lobbygow at October 8, 2004 3:48 PMOops, sorry Steve; I didn't mean for you to feel obliged to add Watermark to the list -- just meant to let you know I'd linked to you.
But I'm pleased to be here, Thanks.
Posted by SB at October 10, 2004 6:30 PMMy pleasure to add you to the list! Folks don't always follow the trackbacks.
I had no idea the Carnival of the Cats existed. Hopefully there is plenty of room in the blogosphere for the Friday Ark, Carnival of the Cats, Carnival of the Dogs, and what ever else crops up.
Thanks very much for adding the Carnival of the Dogs!
Posted by Mickey at October 11, 2004 2:55 PMI'll participate! I'll post two pics of the kitties (Milo & Otis) this friday! (Or sooner, if needed ;) )
