Henly's QOTD Reprised

Jim Henly offers up   this QOTD post:

On Ford vs. Toyota:
Maybe the job we need to be outsourcing the most urgently is “CEO.”
The Infamous Brad.

Remember, kids, being a libertarian does NOT mean mindless worship of actual existing corporate executives.

To which I add: being a libertarian also does Not mean mindless worship of actual existing corporate structures.

Well, as a libertarian I'm hopelessly stuck on the "does not mean mindless worship of labor unions, labor laws, tariffs & quotas, emission standards, speed limits, octane stadards, subsidization of "alternative" fuels...

...okay I'll stop now.

CEOs are not the problem. Corporate structures are not the problem.

Kip, I suspect that most libertarians would not quibble with your list of ills beyond thinking it a bit short even with the ...at the end.

But, I humbly disagree on your last point. One of the problems that belongs on your list is state created artificial corporate structures.
