We’ll post links to sites that have Friday (plus or minus a few days) photos of their chosen animals (photoshops at our discretion and humans only in supporting roles). Watch the Exception category for rocks, beer, coffee cups, and….?
Do link to the Ark every week!
You can find out how to board the Friday Ark at the Arkive page.

Note for Haloscan Users:
Over the past month or so Haloscan started (the end of July) handling of trackbacks has improved though it is still pretty broken for carnival type posts. Now, instead of rejecting every attempt to ping it accepts single pings for a while and then will start rejecting them. I will keep trying to track back to Haloscan boarders but can make no guarantees for any particular week.
Note for Typepad Users:
Typepad continues to behave similar to Haloscan for trackbacks. I been able to get trackbacks to most, if not all, Typepad based boarders. I have to do it one at a time and wait a while in between pings but Typepad does not go into semi-permanent rejection mode like Haloscan.
FUZZY FRIDAY
Whether it’s light or whether it’s dark
I like to visit the Friday Ark.
You might see a kitty – or a whale shark.
Perhaps a fluffy bunny or a mudlark.
Keeskennis might send photos of an aardvark!
The Modulator is always on the mark,
That’s why …
Sasha and Dexter were Caught in a Storm yesterday. The thunder and the lightning were too close, but we got home.
Just because we haven’t done this in a really, really long time…
It’s finally time to get a good catblogging post out of our system. I was going through some old pictures (taken with actual film!!!) and found some amusing shots from Adhi’s youth. Sorry for the speckly stuff, perhaps your host…

Why Cats Can’t Manage Weblog Awards
It’s time for the Feline Theocracy to stage its very own Weblog awards series!
Thanks for hosting another Ark!

Friday Creature
These geese, spotted recently at the Chattanooga National Cemetery, are probably just passing through town, on their way to points further north. The weather’s been very nice here lately, and yesterday was an absolutely perfect day — clear and sunny,…

Vazra is such a photogenic cat. Sometimes I think he knows full well how attractive he is, what with the lion’s mane and all that plush, fine, black-as-midnight hair. Oh, and the large, greedy, voracious eyes that seem to consume ever…

Synchronized watching
I didn't notice this until after I'd downloaded the pictures to the computer, but I thought it was pretty cute how Rory and Ron Howard kept pace with one another when watching whatever it was they were watching.

Not In Error
This tale of bonuses in error reminds me of my own error I pointed out when I caught it. I had gotten a pay raise but the amount on my paystub was greater than the raise. So I went to my manager to correct it and, shock and surprise, it was correct. M…
