Well, as a libertarian I’m hopelessly stuck on the “does not mean mindless worship of labor unions, labor laws, tariffs & quotas, emission standards, speed limits, octane stadards, subsidization of “alternative” fuels…

CEOs are not the problem. Corporate structures are not the problem.
Kip, I suspect that most libertarians would not quibble with your list of ills beyond thinking it a bit short even with the …at the end.
But, I humbly disagree on your last point. One of the problems that belongs on your list is state created artificial corporate structures.
